General Fund Spending Inflation
General Fund spending from Schedule 2.2 of Governor’s Budget Reports. Inflation is the Consumer Price Index for Midwest Cities on a fiscal year basis. FY 2023 spending would be $2.4 billion less if just increased for inflation since 1995.
